Pa Pa Ya was on the rim of my bucket list since a very long time and finally decided to hit the place on wednesday evening at 2000hrs.
Pa Pa Ya oozes glamour with its dimly lit, crimson-walled interiors.Projection mapping on a continuous installation of 3D hexagons accross the place which looked very different and classy. There is a black bar which you can see as soon as you enter the restaruant. Once the food begins to arrive at your table, you will just want to keep looking at the presentation its that beautiful. All the dishes they sampled had been plated like edible art.
The menu is over a dozen pages long out of which tapas, sushi and dim sums covered the maximum section.

Coming to Food and Beverages.
Mocktails and cocktails-
San Pellegrino- A special drink that the bartender decided to makefor me on my request. It had mint leaves, oranges, lime and some secret ingredients. The drink was excellent at taste. Could feel the freshness of mint leave and orange in every sip.

Black dog-Some fire flaming is a must when you hit this amazing place. Yet again a very special drink that was made for me by the bar tender which they usually dont serve. Fire flaming effect with wiskey is sure to hit you so be aware!! Taste was killer. One of the best drinks i had that night. It had orange peel inside the drink which gave it a little different taste and made the drink look beautiful.

Starters-
Sauteed leeks and water chestnut- one amazing starter that we tried that night. Loved the flavour of water chestnuts in this dish.

Red curry infused wild mushroom-One of the best dish of Pa Pa Ya. Its a baked burmese dumpling. Crispy outside filled with wildmusrooms infused in red curry and amazing cheese cream suace. On the edges are the pea crumbs to give it a beautiful look. This dish is definately a must try!!

Asian margarita pizzette beer battred tacos- Crispy and tasty shells of the tacos filled with beans and cheese and a few more excellent ingredients. Loved the taste, portion size is good and quite filling.

Crispy lotus stem- Yet another favourite dish of that night. Crispy lotus stem tossed with honey and chilli will taste like something i am sure you havnt tried before. Do not miss out on this dish! Fabulous taste and presentation.

Edamame chickpea slider-This dish was done to perfection!
The buns were made of Lotus flour which makes it healthy and glutton free. The patty consisted of Edmame and chick pea. It was topped with chilli mayo and lettuce. It was served with home made potato chips.
Loved the serving style of the slider!

Khao pad kar pao veg- Amazing presentation. Taste was good. Flavours infused in this dish were felt in each bite.

Sushi- Tried 3 different veg sushi. I was really looking forward to tryout their shushi collection. It was beautifully placed on a tree like structure. Taste was good.

Maincourse-
Exotic mushroom thai chilly basil- I have no words to describe this dish. Amazingly done mushroom in chilli basil.loved the gravy of this dish. It was served with fried rice. The texture of rice was very good. The flavours were excellent. Enjoyed this to the core. Must try dish in Maincourse!

Woodfired pizza- One of their speciality. Japenese flavoured coal baked pizza. Taste was average. Maybe you have to get adapted to this taste to enjoy it. Presentation was excellent.

Desserts-
Liquid hazelnut fondant cake- small cupcake structured cake filled with liquid chocolate hazelnut. Crazyy presentation. It was served with blueberry icecream. Warm hazelnut with chilled icecream was a deadly combination. Loved the taste!

Temaki ice cream sampler- home made crispy ice cream cones topped with two different flavoured ice cream. It was beautifully placed on testube holders.You are sure to love this one! Do try it.
Overall i had a great evening. Servive was good. Music was good. Food was excellent. Ambience is classy. I will surely visit the place again.
